This French design cheese knife has a 6-1/8" forged blade, full tang, with a triple riveted POM synthetic handle, which is durable and comfortable.
This knife is intended for cutting soft cheese, like brie, or camembert; however, it can also be used with firm cheeses, like Provolone or Emmental. It has holes along the blade that prevent the cheese from sticking. Useful and beautiful on its own, or as part of a set.

Use & Care
Knife is corrosion resistant and dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, a quick dry with soft cloth is recommended immediately after washing.

The handle height makes it easy to control all the way through a block of cheese. It's cut Parmesan and brie equally well. A little tricky to clean after very soft cheeses but no big deal, it's an excellent purpose-built tool.
