KYNA 7-1/8" Large Santoku Knife - Bubinga Wood Handle
Details
Modern design Santoku knife, from our Piano Collection. It has a very sharp 7-1/8" blade made of durable high carbon stainless steel and is full tang, which adds weight and improves balance. Front and rear bolsters are also made of stainless steel.
Beautiful handmade handle combines different Brazilian and African hardwoods, like Pau Santo, bubinga and jatoba; synthetic resin and brass rings.
In this case, the joy of cooking comes in two areas. On one side, it's a versatile and functional knife. Because of its midsize you can use it as a utility knife, a cleaver and a chef knife, for preparing Asian style food and also European and American recipes. Its slightly curved edge and balanced weight allows you to easily chop, slice, dice and mince using a rocking motion technique.
On the aesthetic side, its exceptional handle design and finishings will make you feel like cooking with a work of art. And when used for serving, its elegance won't go unnoticed.
Because each knife is a handmade unique creation, the shipped product may have a combination of shapes and colors different from what is shown in the photo.
Gift box included.
