Midsize utility knife from our Forjada Collection, has a 6-5/8" forged blade, straight edge style, with a comfortable and durable black POM handle, triple riveted.
This versatile professional knife covers all the tasks between the paring and the cook's knife, including slicing and trimming vegetables and fruits; and cutting small pieces of fish or beef. It's the perfect multipurpose and handy assistant when preparing almost any meal.
Specifications
Blade made of forged AISI 420 high carbon stainless steel (12% chromium) is 6-5/8" long and 9/64" thick (3.5 mm). It has a 50 RC hardness which ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a strong synthetic polymer with excellent dimensional stability.

Use & Care
Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
