8-1/4" bread knife from our Slim Madera Collection, full tang blade in MV stainless steel, has a durable cherry wood handle with four rivets.

Specifications

Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade has 54-56 RC hardness and is tempered at 1900 °F for better sharpness and rust resistance.

Handle is made of extremely hard (crushing strength is 11,780 lb/in2) and durable Brazilian cherry wood.

Use & Care

Knife is corrosion resistant. For maintaining wood handle in beautiful condition, hand washing and a quick dry with soft cloth are recommended.
