Nicul Prochef 6-1/4" Utility Knife - PP Handle

This utility knife from our Prochef Collection has a 6-1/4" blade and a comfortable and durable black PP handle.

This versatile utility knife works well in larger paring tasks, such as slicing and trimming vegetables and fruits. A good assistant when preparing any meal.

Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that has 54-56 RC hardness and is tempered at 1900 °F for better sharpness and rust resistance, using precision Swiss equipment. Blade is 6-1/4" long and 1/8" thick. Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that keeps stable up to 320°F.
