This peeling knife from our Master Collection has a 2-3/8" curved blade in hard Titanium steel, and a comfortable red POM handle, triple riveted.
The shape of the blade makes an easy job of peeling potatoes, vegetables and fruits. It is also practical for preparing decorative garnishes or removing spots. Comfortable for daily use; will put a touch of color in your kitchen.
Specifications
Blade is made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel with an Aluminum Titanium Nitride coating (PVD method) which improves hardness, gives a high temperature stability (1,600 °F) and has a beautiful gray-black color. Blade is 2-3/8" long and 3/32" thick; and harness is 55-57 RC. Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.

Use & Care
Knife is dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
