Nicul Mincing Knife - Two PP Handles

This mincing knife with two handles quickly and easily cuts small amounts of vegetables or herbs.

A very practical tool for a home or professional kitchen. Two size available: 5-7/8" and 7".

Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Hardness is 54-56 RC.

Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.
