Specifications

Blades are made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel that have 53-56 RC hardness. Blade length and thickness varies, depending on the type of knife. Thickness ranges from 2 to 3 mm (1/16" to 1/8").

Handle is made of Mikarta, a highly resistant and stable synthetic polymer.

Use & Care

Knives are corrosion resistant and dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
