This German design set has 5 full tang knives with a forged steel blade, a steel bolster for protecting hand and a black POM synthetic handle, triple riveted.

Set includes 5 knives: 2-3/4" peeling knife, 5" utility knife, 6-1/4" carving knife, 8" chef knife and 8-1/2" serrated bread knife, and a stainless-steel block.

Specifications

Blades are made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blades that have been tempered at 1900 °F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade thickness is 3/32". Hardness is 54-56 RC.

Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a highly resistant and stable polymer.

Use & Care

Knives are dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, drying with a soft cloth immediately after machine or handwashing is recommended.
