11-3/4" serrated slicing knife in MV stainless steel, from our Prochef Collection, has a slightly curved blade and comfortable and durable PP handle.

This large slicing knife does a wonderful job slicing thin and uniform pieces of your Thanksgiving turkey, roasted whole chicken, duck breasts, charcuterie, etc.

Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel blade has been tempered at 1900°F using precision Swiss equipment, for better sharpness and rust resistance. Blade is 11-3/4" long and 5/32" thick. Item weighs 7.3 oz. Hardness is 54-56 RC. Handle is made in Polypropylene (PP), a strong plastic that remains stable up to 320°F.
