Blade is made of AISI 420 stainless steel (0.15% carbon, 12% chromium) that is durable and corrosion resistant. Hardness is 50 RC which ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Handle is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), a highly resistant and stable polymer.
