Blade made of Molybdenum Vanadium stainless steel, precision stamped and forged, is 5-1/2" long and 1/8" (3 mm) thick. It has 53-56 RC hardness, which ensures a long-lasting sharpness. Item weighs 4 oz. Handle is made of stainless steel, which gives a contemporary look.

Knife is corrosion resistant and dishwasher safe, however, for lasting sharpness, a quick dry with soft cloth is recommended immediately after washing.
